Owner/manager, Mark, has serviced my 2003 Jeep for about ten years now. It’s a model that can get some pretty crazy issues. Recently, I managed to let the engine overheat and ultimately it just couldn’t be saved as far as that goes. However, with a great deal of effort from Mark and his mechanic, Roberto, after replacing the engine and several other major parts, it’s running great finally. Countless issues were involved, especially since it’s so difficult to get parts on a 2003 Jeep. However, I’ve now had it completely painted. Looks like a new car and runs just as good ! Mark always gets right back with me ( and, admittedly, I can be just as high maintenance as my antique almost car!) he lets me know what’s going on, good or bad. And Roberto is diligent and patient and gifted. Hoping for another 10 years possibly with my little red Jeep , we call Lil’ Ruby…under their geriatric care unit. Lol … It is a great repair shop use…five stars, five diamonds. CHRISTOPHER.

My roommate’s dad found Why Go to the Dealer online after her car’s oil leaked everywhere. And I was having problems with an unknown sound coming from under my car’s hood, so I stopped by as well. I dropped my car off Wednesday at 3pm and picked it up on Thursday at 5pm. I couldn’t believe how fast the repair was, especially since they had to order a part!! The owner is a very down to earth, easy going guy that finds the issue and gets the job done at a reasonable price. I definitely will keep coming here for any car problems!

Had a great experience here. The owner was very knowledgeable, polite, and most of all HONEST. This was Literally the quickest oil change I’ve had done. When I came to pick my car up the owner had everything printed up and ready to go. I was in and out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've been Facebook friends with Mark Brodsky from Why Go To The Dealer for quite some time and have followed his work closely. Although I live in Delray Beach and have a trusted mechanic in my area, I’ve always admired how Mark runs his shop in Riviera Beach. He consistently treats his customers with fairness, honesty, and genuine care—qualities that are hard to find in today’s automotive world. Recently, I had an opportunity to work with Mark firsthand. One of my clients, an 83-year-old U.S. Air Force Veteran, was in a difficult situation. He had lost his home due to a fire, and the city had condemned the property. With no other options, he was forced to live in his car. Fortunately, we were able to move him into a Senior Living Community to get him back on his feet. As part of helping him rebuild his life, we wanted to get his vehicle properly serviced and safe to drive again, so we could sell it. Since he lives closer to Riviera Beach, I didn’t hesitate to take his vehicle to Mark at Why Go To The Dealer. I dropped the car off on a Friday, and to my surprise, Mark called me first thing Monday morning to let me know the car was ready. The repair was not only done quickly,

If you want a mechanic shop with integrity, honesty & fairness, Then this is the place! Mark is a great person & friendly, he will treat you right and he employs other knowledgeable mechanics, besides himself being a great mechanic. My car is now 30 years old this year, It was tough hunting down parts for it, But he gave me some good companies and some good leads to talk to. And I was able to find what I needed, & with his help it was much less stressful. I had it shipped directly to his shop & it turned out great. I brought my vehicle back at it's new appointment & I was a happy camper when I left. They don't judge anyone here, everyone is welcome & LGBTQIA friendly. They are respectful & he expects the same in return.
